These Terms of Service govern the use of SWING EDUCATION INC’s website and education services. By using our website, requesting information, booking a session, accepting a learning plan, approving a service, or making payment, you agree to these terms.

Company Services

SWING EDUCATION INC provides tutoring, test preparation, academic enrichment, skill-building classes, homework support, study skills coaching, reading support, math support, writing support, digital learning support, adult learning support, curriculum support, student progress tracking, workshops, and education program coordination.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate learner information, academic needs, schedule availability, goals, service instructions, required school materials when applicable, and any documents needed for learning support.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for minor learners and ensuring appropriate attendance, communication, and participation.

Scheduling

Tutoring sessions, classes, workshops, and consultations are scheduled based on availability. Late arrivals, missed sessions, or repeated rescheduling may affect service delivery and may be subject to cancellation rules.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the invoice, payment page, agreement, or service description. Payments may be required before sessions begin, at milestones, or according to the approved service schedule. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by SWING EDUCATION INC.

Service Delivery

Services may be delivered through in-person sessions, virtual sessions, email communication, scheduled meetings, written materials, digital resources, learning plans, progress notes, approved service scopes, and agreed timelines.

Learning Outcomes

SWING EDUCATION INC provides professional learning support but does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, certification results, scholarship results, or academic decisions by schools or third parties. Results depend on learner participation, attendance, practice, prior knowledge, school requirements, and other factors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how SWING EDUCATION INC handles refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, digital materials, tutoring sessions, learning programs, and education service payments.

Refund Eligibility

• The service has not yet started.
• No tutoring session, assessment, learning plan, curriculum preparation, administrative setup, instructor scheduling, or consultation has been performed.
• No books, digital tools, printed materials, classroom supplies, software fees, vendor fees, or program-specific expenses have been incurred.
• The cancellation request is submitted before the agreed service start date.

Non-Refundable Services and Costs

Refunds are generally not available for completed tutoring sessions, completed classes or workshops, instructor preparation already performed, learning plans already prepared, assessments already completed, digital materials already delivered, printed materials already created, books, supplies, or program resources already purchased, software subscriptions or tutoring platforms already purchased, administrative setup already completed, or any delivered service completed according to the approved scope.

Missed Sessions

Missed tutoring sessions, classes, or consultations may be non-refundable when the client does not provide advance notice. Rescheduling may be offered based on instructor availability and program rules.
